We take training of our staff seriously. All staff undertake mandatory training and some specialism training. New staff will need to complete all the following within 5 days of their induction: assisting and moving people; basic life support; fire safety; food safety; health and safety awareness; infection prevention and control; medication management and safeguarding, mental health awareness.

Specialist training includes: Dementia, PEG, Diabetic awareness, and other trainings to meet the needs of individual service users.
Our staff will be offered a continued learning development to achieve a qualification in Level 2 and 3 Diploma in care, L 5 Diploma in Leadership Management for Adult Care.
